I really liked the way this place looked - it was super cozy. The room had a nice update with a spacious king bed and the staff were really friendly. Plus, the restaurant served up some delicious hot food. 🔥

Everything regarding staff, comfort, facilities and quietness.

If the price was about $10-15 less, the value would be excellent.

We loved rooms with 1 king bed. The staff were excellent! The hotel had an unbeatable location close to everything. Moreover, it was short walk to Shopping Area's, Food establishments, good restaurants and the mall.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The staff here is very attentive and provided a lot of tourist information.

I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in over 20 years because my last experience was terrible and that really stuck with me. But this one has trully restored my faith in the establishment. The entire staff was warm and inviting and the hotel decor was well done. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful and more than we expected.

The bathrooms could have been a little bigger; maybe add a double vanity. With my husband and two young kids -it was a little tight, but we managed. The plus side was that the bathroom was very clean; no mold or stains.

Their were nasty stain on the bed and also there was small hairs on the bed like someone shaved on the bed, the showers need to be updated or have at least a glass door.

This place is clean with friendly staff, neat and brand-new rooms with 2 twin beds, an excellent restaurant for evening meals - the hotel of choice.

Excellent hotel located in a great area very convenient to good restaurants as well as the Hickory Furniture Mart and other shopping areas.

The rooms were super new and a good size, and they even had a sofa bed which was a nice touch. The staff here were really on the ball and got things done without any fuss 🌟.

We booked a double Queen room online & they set us up in a king room saying they don't receive info from online booking agents, it was fixed promptly & quickly. Only thing we didn't like was the bed. To hard for our taste. Other than that is was great.

My favorite property in Hickory. Comfy hotel with updated rooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Location - unbeatable really close to mountains and food establishments. Nearby Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar - great place to chill out.

The decor is terrible! For a newer hotel it felt very cold and unwelcoming. Of course, the main concern is safety and comfort and this hotel felt safe. I was traveling alone for the first time in years for business and had hoped the lobby would be more warm and inviting as I often stay at a Homewood Suites. The lobby was small and cramped and everything including the hallways felt very cold and sterile. I know some would prefer this feel but I didn't feel very "Welcome". "Pancake dinner" was a loss after the front desk clerk was so excited to tell me about it. Went downstairs to see what the big deal was and there was nothing. She apologized and said the machine wasn't working but they had cinnamon rolls! Then went to make myself a hot cup of tea but there was no hot water and the clerk was on a phone call so I didn't disturb here. The room itself felt so dark but ultimately clean and safe.
